AutoLofts is a six-unit commercial development at Monarch Dunes in Arroyo Grande, combining automobile storage with loft spaces above. Designed by Michael Dammeyer of StudioDAM, with landscape design by Wes Arola, the project was visualized for the owner-developer to support design approval.
The team completed the design phase approximately one to two months earlier than expected.
